Olivia Munn May Need Surgery After ‘Crazy Incident’ Caused Double Mastectomy Complications
Olivia Munn is opening up about her health journey. The actress exclusively chatted with Access Hollywood’s guest correspondent Emily Orozco at the Genesis House about her hit Apple TV+ show, “Your Friends and Neighbors” and shared about journey over the years. “I’m on medication now for the next five years,” she said before revealing, “I think I might have another surgery because of a complication with my double mastectomy. Yeah, I forgot about that. That was just the other day, it was like this crazy incident.” The 44-year-old also explained how supportive her husband, John Mulaney, has been over the past years as she was fighting breast cancer. “You really don’t know someone’s true character until you’ve been put to the test. It got us so much closer, and it bonded us and we learned a lot about each other. I learned that he’s an amazing caregiver,” she told Access. “He just made it so easy and we just have a really great time together and we really understand each other,” she added. Olivia also opened up about her surrogacy journey and her breast cancer advocacy work. “Your Friends and Neighbors” is on Apple TV+ now.
